Orders are hand-inspected and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (BTC on-chain confirmation or instant via Lightning). Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 3 business days from ship date.
You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order leaves our facility in Los Angeles. You can also check live status at any time on the order page we link in your confirmation email.

FROZN devices carry a 30-day defect warrantyfrom date of delivery. If your device fails to operate due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days, contact us with your order ID and we'll send a replacement. The warranty does not cover:
Because Bitcoin payments are non-reversible, we do not accept returns of working devices. Defective devices are replaced under warranty.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit (not stolen post-delivery), we'll ship a replacement.
