When you place an order we collect the information you provide on the checkout form: email, name, and shipping address. That is the entirety of personal data we hold on you. We do not run tracking pixels, third-party analytics, advertising scripts, or social embeds.
We do not collect or store credit card numbers — payment is Bitcoin-only via our self-hosted BTCPay Server, which receives payment to wallets we control. We do not store your IP address beyond standard server logs (rotated within 14 days).
Your email is used only for order-related communication: payment confirmation, shipping notification, and warranty support. We do not send marketing email and we do not share, sell, or rent your information to anyone.
To request deletion of your order record (after shipment is complete), reply to your order confirmation email. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
We set a single browser-local flag (frozn_age) so the age verification gate doesn't reappear on every visit. We do not set tracking cookies of any kind.
